SOFTWARE WARRANTY COMES ALONG WITH THE POLYWALL LICENSE AND COVERS THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES
A remote engineer support for installing and configuring a Polywall license.
Unlimited free upgrades of the Polywall software to the latest version is available during the entire warranty period.
An email support for requests related to the operation of Polywall.
An online knowledge base that covers common issues.
An expert support in difficult cases, an online support if needed.
A developer support for complicated cases.
SOFTWARE WARRANTY IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE SOFTWARE WARRANTY PERIOD
The duration of the main (included in the license) software warranty period is one year.
The warranty period can be extended by purchasing service packages.
Warranty period extensions via packages are available for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years.
Warranty expansion packages can be purchased either together with the license or separately.
Maximum: up to 2 business days.
RESPONSE TIME FOR EMAIL REQUESTS
Average (in Q1 2022): the first response within 46 minutes.
Average resolution time for an expert support line (in Q1 2022): 6 business days.
