SOFTWARE WARRANTY COMES ALONG WITH THE POLYWALL LICENSE AND COVERS THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES
Remote engineer support for installing and configuring the Polywall license.
Unlimited free upgrades of the Polywall software to the latest version available during the entire warranty period.
Email support for requests related to the operation of Polywall.
Online knowledge base that covers common issues.
Expert support in difficult cases, online support if needed.
Developer support in complex cases.
Software Warranty is provided within the Software Warranty period
The duration of the main (included in the license) software warranty period is 1 year.
The warranty period can be extended by purchasing service packages.
Packages are available to extend the warranty period by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years.
Warranty expansion packs can be purchased either together with the license or separately.
Maximum: up to 2 business days.
