Polywall 3.3: upgrade your command and control environment to a post-pandemic level

Polywall version 3.3 featuring Polywall Streamer is now available for download.

 

Polywall Streamer is a software module that captures part or the entire screen of a remote PC and encodes it to IP stream. That stream shared through a local network can be displayed on a Polywall-managed video wall in high quality. The Streamer is a cost-saving solution and is perfect for work with dynamic content, such as video or other information with quickly changing parameters.

The latest Polywall version is available with the following updates:
 

New software module

  • Polywall Streamer – h.264 pure software encoder to create stream from desktop or connected device
     

    • Windows based (Windows 8 and higher)

    • Capturing any part of Windows display space (regardless of monitors borders)

    • Capturing standard Windows MediaFoundation devices (webcam, encoder, capture card)

    • Fully adjustable parameters of encoding – resolution, frame rate, bitrate

    • Low-latency mode

    • Up to 4 independent streams from one PC
       

Resolved issues
 

  • Fixed bug in Matrox IPX source (restarting Visualizer after system rebooted).

  • Fixed VNC source reconnecting in scenario.

  • Fixed screen control bug after restarting Multivisualizer.
     

General updates
 

  • Resolved lots of small bug
